At the moment I’m offering personal nutrition coaching, mainly targeted to athletes but I’m open to work with everyone no matter your fitness level.
I’m currently on my third year studying medical biochemistry and clinical nutrition at the University of Eastern Finland, and specialising in sports nutrition. I was also doing professional athletics for over ten years and studying sports nutrition all together for over five years now, so I have a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to one’s diet.
Each and every one of us is different, hence no one’s diet can be the exact same. What works for one, doesn’t necessarily work for everyone else. I don’t believe in general recommendations made for a large group of average people. We all know such thing as average person doesn’t excist- especially amongst the athletes. What I’ve learned through my studies and personal experience, is to treat every person as an individual.
There is no single nutrient to make you faster or stronger. And I have no shortcuts to winning the gold metal. However what you should know is the diet can either make or break one’s way to the podium.
My goal is to help you to become the healthiest version of you, feel your best and offer tools on how to use the power of nutrition in achieving your personal goals.
You don’t need to be vegan nor even vegetarian to take part into my coaching. Neither will I try to make you change anything you by yourself don’t want to. All I’m asking for, is motivation and an open mind!
