Hey there, how are you doing?
I hope all is well with you wherever in the world you are! My apologies for the long silence what comes to my blog, but traveling and food blogging don’t really go very well together. Not having a kitchen makes recipe developing a bit hard, hence why new recipes have to wait till I get back home from my travels and have a proper kitchen with oven and all! I’ve been posting heaps more of my travels and food on my instagram tho, so if you feel like wanting to know more of what’s going on at the moment and following my adventures click here!
Since I’ve spent a good amount of time in Sydney during the past couple of months, I thought it would be interesting to share some of my favorite spots to see and go and places to eat vegan! Feel free to comment down below if you have any further questions!

The view up from the lighthouse
Catch a bus from Wynyard station and go see one of the most northern beaches of Sydney. The journey takes up to two hours but is definitely worth it. Up north it’s less crowded and the beach is definitely one of my favorites.
Also do: Climb up the stairs to the lighthouse, the view is amazing!
I don’t think we need words here, just go…
You can get to Bondi Beach easily by catching a train from Central Station or Town Hall towards Bondi Junction. From Bondi Junction you can either catch a bus or walk down to the beach. It takes about 10-15 minutes by bus, depending on traffic and about 20-30 minutes by foot. There are also direct buses from around the CBD towards Bondi.
And also do: the Coastal walk from Bondi to Coogee, or at least to Bronte…
Tamarama Beach and Bondi Cliffs
1/1 Newland St, Bondi Junction
Green bowl on the right and Indian Falafels on the left + Banana Cacao smoothie
New York Cheesecake flavored soft serve
Roasted bowl, Chickpea wrap and Berry Cacao Smoothie
Miso-Date Salted Caramel soft serve sundae with choc-chip brownie sprinkles
My favorite place to eat in Sydney is definitely Nalini’s Wholesome Streetfood. Serving 100 % vegan and gluten free, probiotic Indian menu of healthy dosa wraps, dosa bowls, ayurvedic thali tasting platter, amazing smoothies and warm drinks (think masala chai🍵!) with a weekly changing soft serve sundae (🍦!) flavor. This is the place where I find myself going again and again, and everytime I just love everything a bit more. Definitely try the Indian falafels, thick ‘n creamy chocolate smoothies and do not make the mistake of leaving without a soft serve sundae for dessert!
Wairoa Ave, North Bondi, Juice and Raw Food Elixir Bar
2-16 Glenmore Rd, Paddington, Raw Takeaway
Smoothie and cold-pressed juice heaven
Coconut mylk coffee elixir, raw cakes and life changing smoothies
Valentine’s day cake
The best smoothies, juices, elixirs and raw cakes in Sydney! Orchard St is the place to charge with nutrient dense, all vegan, certified organic, non-gmo, local and sustainably prepared raw, healthy foods. Pick one of their delicious smoothies, savory salad bowls or heavenly delicious raw cakes (🍰!) and start glowing! PS. the aesthetics (😍!!)
85 Bronte Rd, Bondi Junction
Green Superfood smoothie bowl, Blue Majik smoothie and Berry Acai bowl
The prettiest Berry Acai Bowls
Chocolate Raspberry cheesecake with Blueberry Acai nice cream
If you’re up for more raw goodies and the best acai bowls in Sydney, Earth to Table is literally your heaven on earth. Everything is raw, vegan and gluten free, and they also serve an all-day breakfast. Definitely try the smoothies and smoothie bowls, weekend special pancakes, iconic earth burger and the cakes. For all my fellows suffering from nut-allergies most of the granolas are also nut-free (mentioned on the menu🚫🌰🥜!), yay!
Glebe Public School, Glebe Point Rd, Glebe
One of my absolutely favorite things to do on weekends is going around all the amazing markets Sydney has to offer. For cool-ass second hand and vintage clothing, beautiful handmade jewellery and crystals, live music, art and tasty street food, Glebe Markets is a must. Held at Glebe Public School every Saturday from 10am till 4pm these markets are my favorite of all the Saturday markets.
For farmers markets I’d recommend the ones in Bondi Beach but there are also heaps of other good farmers markets around the city, just google the closest ones from your location and stock up with fresh fruit, veggies and all the other goodies! 🥕🍇🥒🍓🍠🥔🌽🥑🍊🍎🍉🍑🍌
The Blue Mountains
The views are amazing
Katoomba Falls part 2
You can catch the train from Central Station to Katoomba. It takes on average two hours and if you’re traveling on a budget choose a Sunday when all the trains cost only 2,5 dollars (return!). You can hike around for free as much as you want, so no need for paid tours unless you want to go rock climbing, abseiling or canyoning. You can see all the best parts of the Mountains from the lookout points and if you’re up for a good hike take the stairs down from Three Sisters and Honeymoon Bridge and walk the Bushwalk to Katoomba Falls. It takes approximately 2 hours all together, but if you’re up for a good exercise it’s definitely a nice walk and also not so tourist-packed! For overnight stays and sunrise/sunset chasing there are nice hostels in Katoomba as well!
Take a walk from Sydney Opera House to Lavender Bay
The view from the Harbour Bridge
The view from Milsons Point
The city in sunrise
One of my favorite things to do is to walk from the Sydney Opera House to Lavender Bay. You can start from the Sydney Botanic Gardens, walk past the Opera House and over the Harbour Bridge witnessing the most amazing viewes of Sydney. Go down the stairs at Milsons Point and walk along Broughton street to get to Olympic drive and past the North Sydney Olympic Pools. Right after you’ll see the Luna Park, Sydney’s most iconic (and scariest) amusement park. Continue past Luna Park and you’ll arrive to Lavender Bay. The harbour is beautiful especially in the mornings during the sunrise and of course at night time when the sun sets. There are some lovely parks and you can also continue along the harbour all the way to Blues Point Reserve where you see the Opera House and Harbour Bridge and also get them in the same picture.
